In the face of rapidly changing mission requirements and navigating an unprecedented growth trajectory, Workforce Insight was commissioned to assess, design, develop and outline an enhanced strategic workforce resourcing system. As part of the project generated insights into deployment and management of critical resources (at the 2000 FTE level) to increase capacity above current workforce plans, reducing risk and seizing cost savings opportunities as the Agency transitions from ‘build to run’.
