We assessed, designed, modelled, engaged, and developed a workforce transformation strategy for a government agency. This project delivered a major course correction to a program falling behind on schedule via a workforce transformation equation (a mix of workforce profile shift, role shift and an integrated set of actions and enablers) that illustrated a feasible roadmap delivering the new operating model on a schedule 18 months faster than expected.
